How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from our team which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Any questions about your order, contact us at customercare@astrolifecycles.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customercare@astrolifecycles.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

  • Delivery: 10 – 30 business days.

  • These products are only printed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported.

  • If an order is being returned to the sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided, a refund of the product price only will be issued. Returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, or color, or simply changed their mind.

  • However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, a free replacement is offered or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

  • Allow 4 – 6 weeks for delivery.

  • Free Return service, you could return the item within 15 days.

  • Returns—Reason: “I no longer need the item”. You will have to make sure the item is in perfect condition with original packaging. If the product you return cannot be resold, we will issue a partial or no refund according to the actual situation.
