Delivery, Shipping & Returns Policy

At Astro Life Cycles, we honor your investment and the preparation, craftsmanship, and time reserved for each offering. Please review this policy carefully before completing a purchase or booking a session.

By purchasing from Astro Life Cycles, you agree to the terms outlined below.

  1. Digital Products & Astrological Services

Due to the personalized, interpretive, and digital nature of astrological services and downloadable products:

All digital products and astrological services are final and non-refundable.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Reports

  • Consultations

  • Readings

  • Custom astrological documents

  • Delivered via email within 10 business days

Digital products in PDF and are delivered via email within 10 business days.

Consultations will be scheduled by email or phone.

Once delivered or rendered, services cannot be returned.

  1. Appointments, Consultations & No-Shows

All scheduled consultations and sessions are non-refundable.

  • No refunds are issued for no-shows.

  • Missed appointments without notice are considered rendered services.

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions ending at the originally scheduled time.

Astrological consultations require preparation and reserved time. Once scheduled, that time is held exclusively for you.

  1. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens.

You may request one reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Requests made less than 24 hours in advance may be declined.

  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling.

  • Repeated reschedule requests may require rebooking at full cost.

Rescheduling is offered as a courtesy and is subject to availability.

  1. Folk Art Technology Pieces

  • Shipping included in price

  • Estimated delivery: 4–6 weeks

  • No returns or exchanges

  • Domestic Shipping: Shipping is available within the continental United States only.

Shipping carriers: UPS, FedEx, or Freight (depending on size and weight)

Ground shipping

Insured shipments

Estimated delivery: 4–6 weeks for large art pieces

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

  1. Animated Art (Digital Delivery)

  • Delivered electronically within 10 business days

  • No refunds or returns

  1. Signature Astro Life Products (Print-On-Demand)

  • Delivery time: 10–30 business days

  • Printed upon order

  • No returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or change of mind

If:

  • Product arrives damaged

  • There is a verified manufacturing error

Contact us within 30 days of delivery for replacement or refund consideration.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address provided by customer, a refund of product price only may be issued. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Timing depends on your financial institution

Astro Life Cycles is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Lost packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect addresses entered by customer

  • Force majeure events (weather, carrier disruption, etc.)

By placing an order, completing a purchase, scheduling a consultation, or submitting payment through this website, you affirm that:

  • You understand its terms.

  • You voluntarily agree to be legally bound by it.
